3) I am INSISTENT with my guidance and tuition, and for your accountability to yourself, your goals and dreams, and for as long as necessary, to me.
4) Together we will be stronger, and by embracing these 3 key attributes above you can achieve anything you want.
Healthy movement, looking and feeling better and body confidence often wrongly makes us think of extreme exercise, intense fitness regimes, drastic diets for weight loss, and expecting to be able to fit it all in without really having the time in our day. This can lead to frustration.
We are all born to move freely and lightly but we have stopped moving in this way, so much so, that the norm is to sit too much, in our cars, at desks, and even at home in order to relax. This equals sore knees stiff backs and an inability to run around with family and up and down stairs without losing breath and feeling aches.

We don’t need all this to run, throw, kick, cycle, swim, dance, walk, play our favourite sport, squat, push, pull, rotate. The more we move the better our bodies will feel and our brain will function.

I am a Qualified and Insured Level 3 Personal Trainer, travelling to all my clients to provide Mobile Personal Training at homes and local outdoor spaces.
Whether you want to train outside or in your own home, I bring the gym to you! Combining proven training methods and nutritional coaching, you can achieve the weight loss results you want. Train with me 1 on 1, or bring a friend along for some encouragement or healthy competition.
